Disputes arising out
of this agreement shall be referred to a Sub-Committee
consisting of two (2) members of the Exhibition Committee,
one representative of FPCCI, and one representative of
concerned trade body, if applicable to be nominated, and
chaired by the Chairman Export Promotion Bureau. The decision
of this Sub-Committee shall be final, acceptable and binding
on all concerns. |
