Exhibitors shall
bear the responsibility and expenses for the transport
of exhibits to and from the Exhibition venue. |

Force Majeure. |

Acts of
War, Military Activity, Municipal Statutory
or Civil Authority requisition. |
| iii. |
Fire, flood,
typhoon, excessively inclement of weather,
earthquake, or a combination of the same. |

Damage
caused by an aerial object or aircraft. |
| v. |
Strikes
or lockouts by workmen |

b. |
If the Exhibition is cancelled
or postponed or its announced/ declared duration
is changed for any reasons other than 9 (A i-iv)
above then in such event the space rent paid to
the Export Promotion Bureau, or any part thereof
may be refunded / recovered at the sole discretion
of the Exhibition Committee to the Exhibitors but
without prejudice to the Export Promotion Bureau’s
right to recover / deduct the entire sum or any
part thereof for expenses they have already incurred
for the Exhibition. |

The Expo 2006 Secretariat shall take all
security precautions in the interest of the Exhibitors
and visitors. However, the Exhibition Committee shall
not be held responsible for any loss or theft or damage
of exhibits or belongings of the exhibitors / visitors
and the Expo representatives, employees etc. in the Exhibition
premises any time during the build-up, exhibition and
dismantling period. |

Whenever necessary, the Expo 2006 Secretariat
shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations
in addition to those above to ensure the smooth management
of the Exhibition. Any additional written regulations
and/or instructions shall form part of the above terms
and conditions and they shall be binding on the Exhibitors.
They will be always available in writing and posted on
EPB Website within two (2) hours of the announcement. |

By signing this application, the above named
exhibiting organization agrees to abide by all rules,
regulations, terms and conditions of this application
in its entirety. This application becomes a contract and
is binding on both parties on the date written below when
accepted and signed by Exhibition Committee. The document
contains the entire Agreement between the parties and
supersedes any prior agreement. |
