Exhibition Committee shall be implemented by Expo 2006
Secretariat. |

Under these rules
and regulations the term "exhibitor"
shall include all employees and agents of any company/
firm or individual to whom space has been allocated
for the purposes of exhibiting. The term "exhibition"
shall mean “Expo Pakistan 2006” (March
29- April 2, 2006). The term “Exhibition
Committee" means a Sub-Committee formed
under the Steering Committee Expo Pakistan 2006.
The term “Expo 2006 Secretariat”
means all Officers (list attached as Annexure C)
deputed by Export Promotion Bureau, Government of
Pakistan for organizing the Expo Pakistan 2006. |

| Standard
Built-Up Exhibit Space contains the following: |
| 1. |
Two
(2) side panels and a back wall. |
| 2. |
Standard
name panel in English on the front. |
| 3. |
One (1)
spotlight per running meter frontage (with
2 meter deep at least) |
| 4. |
One (1)
electric power outlet 1 phase of 1 Kw per
9 sqm. |
| 5. |
One (1)
table per 9 sqm. |
| 6. |
One (1)
standard shelf plus one (1) hanging shelf
of equivalent cost
per 9 sqm., (if requested by the exhibitor
in writing) |
| 7. |
Two (2)
plastic chairs per 9 sqm. |
| 8. |
Listing
the exhibiting companies in the catalogue. |
| 9. |
Parking
space of 2 cars to each exhibiting company
with free parking
stickers on first come first served basis
and subject to the availability of
the space. |

Exhibitor’s
badges. |
| 11. |
Each exhibitor
will receive 4 exhibitors’ passes for
their guests free of
charge. |
| 12. |
For any
other / additional accessory if available
with the Stall
Constructors, the exhibitor shall pay for
the additional cost directly to the
Constructors. |

Two (2)
exhibitors will be allowed pro rata per 9
sqm. Of booked space
and will be provided free exhibitors passes.

Parties desiring
to exhibit their products in the Exhibition are
required to fill in the application form, and send
it to the Expo 2006 Secretariat, Export
Promotion Bureau, 3rd Floor, Block “A”,
Finance and Trade Centre, Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
If items to be exhibited do not correspond to the
purposes of the Expo, applications would not be
entertained. The purpose of the Expo Pakistan 2006
is to showcase and present products of Pakistani
Origin for export purpose only |

Allocation
decisions will be made by the Exhibition Committee,with
overall consideration of the order in which applications
were received for each Product Category, number
of stalls, number of applicants for each product
category, and the applicant organization. Exhibition
Committee reserve the right to change the space
allocated to the Exhibitor at any time prior to
the time of commencement of the erection of the
stall of the Exhibitor, should exceptional circumstances
demand so, and alter the space to transfer or close
entrances and exits to the Exhibition facilities
and, undertake other structural alterations as they
may deem fit. Such changes shall be at the discretion
of the Exhibition Committee or any delegated person/
organisation and the Exhibitor shall have no claim
for compensation as a result of such changes.In
case of any dispute the final decision rests with
the Chairman Exhibition Committee. |

Exhibitors are
only entitled to exhibit the announced products
and to man the exhibits with competent personnel
during the opening hours of the Exhibition. The
Exhibition Committee reserves the right to refuse
admittance to any visitor to the Exhibition or to
have access to any stand. Exhibitors are not allowed
to sub-let or assign the stand(s) allotted to them
to other parties either wholly or in part without
the written consent of the Exhibition Committee.
Exhibitors will be liable for any damages to the
stalls or to any part of the Exhibition hall in
which their exhibits are placed and shall not paint
or otherwise alter the floors, ceilings, pillars,
or walls. |
